Factory safety training seminars

Safety production is an eternal topic in chemical plants. With the rapid advancement of science and technology, the replacement of new and old workforce and the accumulation of safety work experience in the chemical industry, an increasing number of people have realized that safety education is the foundation of factory safety work. On 9th December 2020, the manager of Security Administration Department held a seminar of factory safety education for the workers. Firstly, the manager emphasized the purpose of this meeting and listed some cases of safety accidents. Due to the fact that our products belongs to aerosol products, most of which are flammable and dangerous. In the process of manufacturing, it is high-risk.

According to the feature of the place, workers should remember the rules of factories and check the production scene more carefully. If there are potential safety hazards in the workplace, we need to deal with them right away and inform the leading members of the workplace danger. After that, the details of the dangerous situation should be kept records.
What’s more, the manager displayed fire extinguisher and explained the structure for them. Knowing the usage of the fire extinguisher, workers should learn to use it in practice.

This seminar enabled workers to have a understanding of rules of workshop safety protection and the requirements of personal precaution. Meanwhile, workers are supposed to distinguish the chemical pollution and obtain the knowledge of environmental protection.

Through this training, employees strengthen the awareness and skills of safety, and prevent illegal behaviors. The first and the most essential is the safety of human being in work. If we don’t give priority to health and safety of people, the development of a company won’t go far. With regards to the investment of safety facilities, we should prepare them in advance and put them in visible area. All in all, given to the training skills of safety protection, we are confident of building a safe and well-developed company.
